Eastchester does not look like estate country, and that is exactly what shapes the work. The pools we service around Chester Heights, the Bronxville border, Crestwood and the streets near Lake Isle are generally modest inground bodies on compact lots, frequently squeezed between a garage, a fence line and a neighbor's hedge. Access is often a three-foot side gate, the equipment pad is usually under a deck or against the house, and the pool is a few steps from someone's kitchen window.
That means how we work matters as much as what we do. Hoses get run without dragging across planting beds, gates get closed behind us, and we keep noise down because in Eastchester the neighbor is genuinely within earshot. It also means we carry compact vacuum gear rather than assuming a truck can back up to the deck.
Environmentally, Eastchester sits inland with dense mature trees on most residential streets, so organic load is constant from April through November and shade slows down both warming and chlorine demand recovery. Many of the pools are older too — 1960s and 1970s installations with vinyl liners replaced two or three times, original skimmer throats, and sand filters that have outlived their expected service life. Those pools are perfectly serviceable, but they need someone who knows where they leak and what still has parts available.
Our Eastchester work covers weekly cleaning and chemistry, equipment repair, liner work, seasonal opening and closing, and hot tub service. We also do a steady volume of pre-purchase inspections here, because the housing stock turns over often and buyers regularly inherit a pool nobody has properly assessed in years.
