These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Clear Pools And Hottubs website (clearpoolsandhottubs.com) and to any pool or hot tub services we provide. By using our site or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the website
Content on this site is provided for general informational purposes. You may not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or copy substantial portions of the content without permission.
Quotes and estimates
Prices communicated online or in preliminary conversations are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote after we assess your pool or hot tub in person or via photos and details you provide.
Scheduling and cancellations
Weekly service and repair visits are scheduled by appointment. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations so we can offer the slot to another client. Repeated same-day cancellations may result in a rescheduling fee.
Liability
We are licensed and fully insured. Our liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim, except where a higher amount is required by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
